accurate oil press guage

im doing homework on oil press gauges, trying to find out-- wich one is the most accurate , best bang for buck, electrical or mechanical and what is the normal psi range. what works best on dsm's

My autometer electric 0-100psi works pretty nicely. Comes with sender unit + gauge. They go for like 40$ i think.

Mechanical. It goes straight to the source. But the idea of having oil run to your cabin might make you think twice.
