Do Turbos and NA 4gs use the same head?

Ive got a 90 Talon Tsi and a 90 Galant. Somehow the galant bent all of the exhaust valves so its time for a rebuild. My question is could I build the head from the galant while its already out and ripped apart, and then swap it on to my talon, and put the talons head on the galant? They are both 4g63s.

As long as they are both 4g63's you can do it.

The head is the same but the cams are different between turbo and NA cars.

well im planning on some fp2s so i dont think the cam difference should matter.

i'm pretty sure you'd also have to tap a hole for an oil line
