before i start i did a search and none i found stated the location.
so, after work last night i come to my car to find that the air only works when it is on hi, then the cel came on, i pulled the code and it is p1490, which is the low speed fan control relay circuit., so i am just wondering if that is the big relay located in the driver side footwell, or if it is one under the hood?

On our vehicles, the low speed radiator fan relay is in the engine bay, in front of the computer. It is the middle most relay. Of the two rows of large relays, it is the row on the left, third from the bottom.

The A/C fan low speed relay is the same row, on the bottom.
