Quick turbo question?

I'm thinking about buying a 16g turbo of this guy. He told me the fins were ruined so he replaced them with 14b fins. I'm just wondering how well it will pull? Thanks

I woulden't buy it if only for the fact that you have no idea if it was done properly etc. If he shows you receipts from a reputable shop that did the work then maybe.

You cant just switch out the "fins". It would have to be the whole 14b center cartridge. It it was done right it would flow a little more air then a standard 14b due to the increase in size of the housings.

I would not buy it if he replaced them himself you dont know if he did it right or not . Its not gonna be as powerful as a 16g but it will be better than a normal 14b because of the increase in the housing size.
