FWD drivers side axles are REALLY long. And with my new engine (2.3 stroker) I am curious how they are going to handle the added torque. And since DSS does not make a FWD MANUAL tranny, set of axles, I may need other solutions. So the question is (in the title) can a AWD half-shaft and AWD drivers front axle be used on a FWD 2g?

As stated in the links posted above, it dont work in a 2g as easy as a 1g.
if you wanted to swap in a new trans&hubs from a AWD then it would,
But the axels are a differant diameter.

How much power you going to lay down. There is a guy here that ran 640whp on a 2g with stock drive train and it held up good(another motor my mechanic built). The owner felt like playing with the AEM and messed up a great tune. Long story short he melted 2 je pistons.

(((the black 2g above dave99gst has probably got to be the sexiest 2g ive ever seen.
the Fulanititoo8198 guys car )))

Yea ive been contemplating doing this on my 1g to limit torque steer and improve handling a little bit since I hear the awds are better. The awd axles are smaller for the 1gs as opposed to what your sayign about the awd 2gs axles... And why would mitsu make the awd2g axles smaller/?
