Whats the best product to get rust bolts loose

Yes you should be able to.

After putting it on, tap it a little and let it soak overnight. And if that doesn't work or you're in a hurry, torch it with Mapp gas (Sears has Mapp gas kit) until red hot, then let it cool for 10 min.

In addition to what I suggested, assuming that we are discussing an exhaust bolt of some sort, I also recommend taking a saw-zall to the damn piping and forget wasting your time and energy on rusted bolts. Who really cares about the OEM exhaust anyways?

As far as using PB Blaster on (for instance) the catalytic converter nuts/bolts, I used one complete can on the four flange bolts, waited over an hour, and still had no luck. I tried torching the suckers, and still they wouldn't give in. The darn second O2 sensor was easier to loosen than these bolts. This is why, if we're talking about the exhaust section of the car, I recommend using a saw-zall to take it off. Just be careful, wear the appropriate protection, and don't cut up any wiring or puncture anything. That would be bad.

haha, nah If need be hit it with PB blaster for a while, put a socket on there and hit it with a hammer to help break it free.
Air tools, and impact hammers work great on tough bolts, I'm lazy.

you can even get pb blaster at walmart if u need it after hour's and i think its good 2 use pb blaster on anything rusted because its much easier then messin with a easy out

We got some new stuff at work a few days ago that I'd never seen before. I picked up a can because I don't know if we'll ever get it again. It's made by CRC and is called "Freeze-Off Super Penetrant" and is supposed to "freeze and crack rust for faster results." It's supposed to drop the temperature of the rust and crack it, allowing the penetrating oil to get inside and do its work better. I haven't had the chance to use it yet, but I will as soon as I'm ready to take my downpipe and exhaust off. I'll give a review as soon as I use it. For now, though, PB has worked on the few things I've used it on (hatch lift support bolts).

I use it to clean my guns and one day i was trying to put in my test pipe, had no PB or LR and thought i was out of luck untill i read the Break Free can. sprayed it on and then tried it 30 seconds later and it didn't even seem like the bolts were ever rusted. hard to find, but works great!

PB Blaster is the only way to go. It got the job done on getting 70,000 mile brakes off, and a 170,000 mile downpipe on my friend's 3000gt. Almost as good as a blow torch haha

ZEP-45...I wouldn't use a breaker bar just in case it breaks the the screw part from the nut. Then your screwed. I use ZEP-45 and a crows foot wrench.
