You'll need a dump tube to carry the hot exhaust gasses down under the car instead of dumping them into the engine bay. You don't want to melt your wire looms together or melt your alternator. Flanges can be found here: http://roadraceengineering.com/flangesandgaskets.htm

Which manifold are you running? Also, which turbo are you running?

You have many options.

* You could put the wastegate on the O2 housing.
* You could have your 2G manifold flanged for the 38mm Tial.
* You could purchase an SBR cast manifold which is already flanged.

First, decide where you want the wastegate to be, then go from there.

i want it on the 02 housing and if somehow i cant do that i wanna flanged my 2g manifold for the wastegate.

how would i put it on my o2 housing? ### i was looking at it and it seems like the flange on the Tial cant fit in any of flange on the o2 housing. Do i need to do any welding of the Tial flange to the o2 housing?

Either way if i weld the flange to the O2 housing or the manifold, i dont need a dump tube right? ### i thought the o2 housing and dumptube are similar.

Here's a pic of the O2 housing you would need:

And this is what it would look like when the wastegate and dump tube are bolted to it.

No matter how you do it, you will need a dumptube to route the exhaust gas down and out of the engine bay.

No. If you choose to use your current O2 housing, then you will need to installe the wastegate on the manifold.

No. The dumptube is that long tube in the second pictures. It connects to the exit of the wastegate and it's purpose is to route the exhaust gas away from the wastegate and out from underneath the hood.

Do you understand how a wastegate works?

yea...it vents the access boost pressure out to the atmosphere...and yes i was talking about the same tube, just i described it wrong i guess but its the long tube that i was talking about.

If i decided to install it to my 2g ported manifold....what do i need to do? weld the 38mm wg flange to it and install the Tial wg?

i rather work with what i got then spend 300 or more on something that i already have.

No, actually, that is what a bypass/blowoff valve does...

Most people (including myself) make their own. You can buy a 1.5" J-pipe and cut and weld it to route it wherever you need to.
