While trying to remove the plug in the oil pump to install the oil feed line for my RS49 turbo they ended up getting stripped and now I cant get them out  (i tried both and even heated them up). Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do besides getting a new oil pump. Is it possable to tee the oil feed line off of one of the sensors down there or am I just screwed.

There is a third one down there but I dont know what that goes to. (the car is a 6 bolt)

*Edit*
I just noticed after looking around that its the oil filter housing and not the oil pump (i think) that the ss feed lines go into, if thats the case, how hard is it to replace one and where can I buy it.

its not hard, just makes a bit of a mess. And you can find them at junk yards, classifieds ect. And yes you are correct it is the oil filter housing.

Thanks for the help. I went to one of the junkyards in town here and picked up two of the housings (just incase). Im going to spend this week to see if I can find one off of a 90 since its AIR to OIL and not WATER to OIL and ive heard is suppost to be better (didnt find any at the first junkyard).

Oh yeah and it does make a mess, I wasnt thinking about it and was laying under neather the housing when I took it off my car and BAM Oil all over my jumpsuit.

i kinda have the same problem, but i was able to get the plug on the bottom of the oil filter housing out....can i use that as my oil feed or is the one on top the best way to go

(its feeding a evo3 16g)

thanks guys

seems to be alot of this going on.

my 90 had the same problem, head feed line had a heli-coil that broke,
then I broke a banjo bolt off in the front head feed hole(the one that was plugged)

then after I ordered the SS oil line kit, I go to install it, and the bottom
plug on the 90(the one you are supposed to use) is stripped out, looks like someone tried it
before. I was able to get the top one off(unfiltered oil) but at least I will have oil as I have no other way. also the sensor that it's next to is unremoveable(stripped outside) so I found a bushing that fit the oil filter houseing, and a 4AN to 1/8 NPT straight adapter to put it on, I tried the 4AN to 1/8 NPT elbow but as I can't get the sensor out it wouldn't screw in as it keep hitting the sensor. Been a long 2 weeks trying to fix this thing.
