I sprayed carb cleaner on all my fmic pipping fittings and and at almost every fitting the rpms would change at idle. Does that basically mean all of those spots are boost leaks then?

Why would you spray carb cleaner on the piping couplers? Those connections are supposed to be tight and dry, not lubricated. You might be causing a leak by doing this.

Nevertheless, you should be testing for boost leaks with a boost leak tester, not with a can of carb cleaner.

I'v done a boost leak test like 5 times with a tank of air and can't find any leaks. I heard about using the carb cleaner on here, great I hope I didnt make things worse...

If your RPM's change when you spray those fittings, you have a vacuum leak at wherever the stuff is going in at... If you have a vacuum leak at those points, and you couldn't find any boost leaks when you did your test, my advice is to do a boost leak test. If they are leaking at idle, then you WILL hear leaks at those points if you listen in while doing a boost leak test. Also, if your spraying close to your intake filter, that could also be the culprit...

When you boost leak tested it, how many psi were you building in your IC pipes with that air tank?
