the wheel gaps on a stock 1st gen.......one word....disgusting....you guys think people should go with bigger rims or go with the suspension??? :talon: :talon:

Disgustin they are, like most stock cars. But in my opinion you def. need to do more then just bigger wheels. You need to lower the car because if you just put bigger wheels on, yes it will decrease the wheel gap, some, but the car will ride much higher and in return, look worse. Lower the car, put some good shocks on it and if you want a little wider tires. Bigger wheels are not needed.

Yeah, 17's didn't help eliminate any of the wheel gap. You need lowering springs, coil overs & shocks, whatever your preference, but wheels alone won't do it.

Don't forget that the lower your ride height is, the lower your center of gravity will be.
