Best place for ECU repair and/or purchase?

I am in need of an E-Prom ECU for a 1991 Eagle Talon TSi 5-speed or a well known repair shop? I am currently getting an intermittent CEL with a code 44 (ignition coil) which is usually related to capacitor leakage. Any information on this will be greatly appreciated!!!

Since it looks like you already have the ECU out of the car. Pack it up and send it to here

Make sure to fix your shorted ISC before you put the ECU back in the car or you'll blow those drivers again (your "melted transistors").

And Steve, I remember talking to you earlier about the ISC Driver, I'm just now starting to get some more severe driveability issues. Do you guys have any projected costs for an ECU and/or repairs? I would really like to get another ECU to keep driving the while the other ECU is being repaired/upgraded. Thanks again!!!
