Important - Renner Mitsubishi (WI) is shutting down 5/11/07!

I was just in at Renner Mitsubishi (Milwaukee, WI) picking up parts from Marilyn and Amy, and was informed that they are shutting down COMPLETELY and PERMAMENTLY as of this Friday 5/11/2007.

If you need ANY parts between now (tuesday 5/8/07) and Friday (5/11/07), you must order between tomorrow (5/9/07) and thursday AM (5/10/07) with overnight delivery to receive any parts before they close down.
This is a major blow to the DSM community whom relied on Renner Mitsu's part department for taking care of our DSM's needs. The employees were notified that they were closing on Monday May 7th in the evening.


We will now need to go through Griffin Mitsubishi in Menomonee Falls, or Safro Mitsubishi for replacement parts. Both locations SHOULD accept the Club DSM parts discount if you notify them.

So, make a list of things you need, and order them NOW!!!

Amy and Marilyn have been selling me parts there since 2001 when I first got into DSM's. I know I have spent several thousand dollars there over the years, so they better not have been closing because I didn't do my part to pay their salaries. Heck, yesterday was over $700 alone for my engine and transmission refreshers.

The supposed plan is to shut down, sell property, demo and something new in its place -- Just not anything related to Mitsubishi.

Unfortunately, now we (WI locals) need a new place to get cost on Mitsubishi parts.

Does anyone know which dealership in Texas is the storehouse for all the transmissions and transmission parts??? I need to get in touch with them to setup an account.

I just spoke with Nick at Griffin Mitsubishi. He Informed me that they will honor the WiDSM discount that Renner Mitsu did. They are going to start off at a 10% discount to start off with. He said that as long as they get the same response to the discount that Renner got, they will raise the level of discount based on response to it.
