Ya I know...I don't understand either...

I know that the rest of the parts he had for sale were legit! I watched him buy the greddy exhaust and crap, I know its not stolen!

As far as the 20g, I was told he got it for helping a friend with his car....Whether thats true or not, Jason is definitely not the kind of person to go around stealing parts from peoples garages and selling it for a quick buck....

I really don't know whats going on...

Yup...I made an idiot out of myself for telling the story that we thought it was...They basically all shut me down and showed me how wrong I was....Everything they said seemed to make sense and check out, including Jason admitting to stealing the turbo

I dont think Jason will have 'time' or the money at this point to buy your car...

Man how can someone with that bad of feedback get someone to buy something from them. Some people just walk right into it. Stealing from another dsm'er is just plain wrong. Hope he likes his time behind bars, not to mention a felony conviction if they don't plea it down.

Hey, and arent you supposed to not leave the state you live in if you have a pending court case, hes in FL right now with his girlfriend, at least you cant in CT, i dont know how it works out here in IL, oh and does anyone know what he could be looking at, as far as punishment?? I dont thing he'll get jail time, its his first offense........i think, but he wont pick up his phone and i dont think he will.

As long as he is out of town with the bondsmans permission he can go wherever he wants to. Once bond is posted, the bondsman is responsible to make sure he is at all court dates.As far as it being a first offense, I would think "possible" jail time (about 30 to 90 days or so) Or/and supervised probation for 2 to 4 yrs. Plea agreements make the state more money than having to pay for them to be in jail so most states will try to go that route. Look for him to have pretty good sized restitution, court costs, lawyer fees if they apply, and victims compensation fees. Probably looking at a crapload of classes he will have to pay for and a total amount of 3 times what the turbo would have cost him brand new. The hard lessons learned are the one that stick with you.

Class f is somehwhat of a high felony, I don't think he is allowed to leave per wi courts... they are strict up there.. jail time, maybe a little but a crap load of fee's and what not you can count on.......

There is court investigations on another member here on dsmtuners, ( I don't know if I am alowed to say his username so I won't) he has -9 feedback rating and a huge record of scamming across the internet. I told a mod and asked if he should be banned but I won't go into that if any of you mods need the story email me and I will tell you. But you are right it is crazy how someone walks into deals like that, speaking from dealing with theifs who have stole from me. If he did it once he will continue doing it.

Same profile from jdmjason, location etc. and if you look up his thread posting he has said on a few that his name is Jason. Only a matter of time that the mods found out and ban him again before he tries to scam more people on his new username. Who knows how many usernames he has created..He made this one Last year while still having jdmjason as proven member. Just gotta be more careful people and use the feedbacks as your guide to whether buy or not. If someone has less than 5 posts and is selling parts with 0 feedback...I wouldn't do it, if you do then is at your own risk.

Yeah, that was definitely Jason there too. The FMIC shown in the gallery was my old one, and still shows the damage from when I hit a semi tire on the highway.

I'm really glad to see that Mr. Jspec got his stuff back (well, kinda, I guess the police still have it, but...), and I'm glad jason's reputation finally caught up with him legally. It was a long time coming...

We know just as little as everyone else did, in fact, we knew worse, b/c we heard Jason's BS stories of getting it for free and doing dsm work for a friend in wisconsin
