Ok here is the deal. I want to get a meet for us Eastern Panhandle (WV), Hagerstown, Winchester and any other surrounding area guys. I have tried to get meets together before with no avail. This is something that I want to try to do once a year. I was thinking about doing it at Cacapon State Park in Berkeley Springs WV. If anyone has any ideas let me know.
