Ran a log the other day and noticed between 20-30 counts of knock after about 4k RPMs, boosting 15lbs. No knock at lower rpms. That's kinda... bad. LOL. The odd thing is that I have my setup tuned pretty rich, rich enough that I can see fuel smoke on boosting, and get around .91v on my o2 sensor, which isn't too lean typically. No audible sounds of detonation. I cut back my boost to 12lbs for now.

Could it be running too rich, and that's what's causing the knock?

I haven't checked my knock sensor yet, though if it was malfunctioning I would think that it would cause it to report knock across the board, not only at WOT and mid-high rpms.

As for loss of power, yeah, I do notice it bog down a bit. But "huge"? IDK, it's noticable, but not as much as letting off the accellerator or something. To be honest though once I saw those knock counts I stuck to easy driving. :) I dialed back the boost to 12lbs and richened up my top end a bit to be safe, it feels smoother in higher boost and rpms but I haven't had a chance to log it since. I'll do a couple tomorrow and see if I'm still getting knock.

My theory is that my stock fuel pump just can't keep up with the increased airflow. I have a 190lph ready to go in, but I tried to take my old one out and couldn't get the fitting loose on the fuel line.
