You need more frames/second. As it is, you're only getting about 1 frame/second.

Take airflow out & TPS - should give you more frame/sec.

You can throw out TPS now that you have verified that the ECU is seeing 100% @ WOT. I would suggest that you remove O2 voltage as opposed to airflow. I feel that airflow is much more important than O2 voltage.

Also, what software are you running? You should be able to get around 10 samples/second out of a 2g.
