i have a 95 tsi awd and im not sure how much boost i can run before the car goes into fuel cut. Im gonna eliminate the bcs and t-in a mbc so i need to no how much i can run

Does this mean with absolutely no engine management system? It's recommended not more than 15lbs because the t25's are kinda weak. But that's with at least an safc... I guess you could slowly just give your mbc a twist and then rip it. Then give it a little more and then rip it again. Keep doin it until she starts acting funky or hits cut, then back it off. I would suggest SOMETHING to tune with though bro...

Def. no more than 15. Before tunring up the boost do a boost leak test, and make sure all maintenance is in order. Get a logger so you know what is going on with the car, and a wideband is also a great tool to have.

thanks alot im not goona do much now ### my job sucks but ive got big plans for the talon....i just wanted to bump it up just a little......i was also wondering if the car would run better if it have the recirculating valve in it instead of the vent to atmosphere bov that came with the car when i bought it

Yes it will run better. Some say that they do not notice a difference, but that cool noise is made by the air ESCAPING, which means that the ecu is still going to dump in fuel, but the air is not there to support the combustion. Long story short-not circulated=rich at shifts= poor running.

I've done 18psi on the t25 for years without anything happening to the turbo. I guess the question is, how much do you dog your car and take care of it?

Oh ok, well now i have to find a new but stock upper intercooler pipe with the valve because the bov is jb welded into the pipe

Yeah i figured it would but now i have to find the stock upper intercooler pipe because whoever had it before me threw the stock valve away and jb welded the big bov on there

Wow i was told it will only peak at 14 psi.

I would not go over 15 PSI also.. I ve to many bad things happen with out proper mods.. My buddy was running 18 PSI with his T-25 and dropped cylinder 3. :(..
