Yea it is a scam. There isn't much I can do since it has about 1000 different posts all over Craiglist. Jealously is evident haha.

I'd at least report it to the CraigsList staff.

Some overseas scammer was using pictures of my car years back and trying to sell it on eBay. Everytime I reported it, the ads were promptly removed. The scammer finally got tired of his fruitless efforts and moved on.

CraigsList is really starting to suck for this type of thing. The last two ads that I called about turned out to be falsified ads. That's the type of thing that will completely turn me off of a site like that.
