Is it really worth it? Does it tighen up the rear as it does with one in the front??

Some of the DSM guys said it take about .10 off your 60 ft time.

-If you have a drill, you can probably can make one yourself out of aluminum(better) or steel stock from metal shop.

Ebay ,I bought both my front an rear for my 2G for $18.00 a peace . I remeber seeing 1g braces there too.

please tell how you think a strut bar is going to help your 60' times. These are built to improve handling not acceleration (actually most are built for looks )

As far I I know from people who have it and do extensive drag racing it does work.

That's Why I want to get one to prove it my self.

there are plenty of manufacturers of rear STB's for the 2G, but not the 1G. to get a 1G one, you'll most likely need to go to a DSM specific shop/site to find one (ie Buschur/MachV, RRE).
