Upgrading brake system

I want to upgrade my brake system, i want to know if rotors and pads will be a good noticeable upgrade. Wich are the best rotors and pads?
Should i upgrade the lines also?

Do you want a big brake upgrade or stock-size rotors? A lot of people use PowerSlots for stock-size and there are a lot of big brake upgrades but they're kinda expensive. AEM, Wilwood, BAER all make BB upgrades. There's also the OEM BB upgrade that uses the rotors/calipers from the late 1G GSX. Its a nice system and isn't as expensive as the the BB kits. And lines don't necessarily help you stop faster, they just provide a stiffer feel to the pedal to take away the mushy feeling. Hope that helps.
