I am not sure what you meant but here is the low down. All front wheel drive dsms have single piston calipers. AWD dsms have single piston calipers before 93. The upgrade that people do is put the double piston calipers and rotors from the 93+ AWD dsms on what they have. Mitsubishi decided to put the brakes from a 3000gt SL on the all wheel drive Eclipses in 93. So the brakes on the nonturbo 3000gt and Stealth are a direct bolt on as well. If that is not enough, you can get Baer brakes or something.

also diamante's have the sam dual pistons as the sl's and 93+ awd's

So my question is can you get brakes from a 2g and put them on a 1g awd? or are they the same as the 93-94 brakes? Is the rotor bigger? also how much for some rotors and calipers?

You also need the mounting brackets, Rotors, pads and shims. the 93 and up got a 2 pot caliper and larger rotors.
