illuminas on stock springs?

I need new struts very quick!! I was taking off from a stop sign and my car felt like it was a 1 wheel wonder rwd (one side squats more than the other and pulls that direction) then I heard a clunking noise so I limped it home took a look at it and I found out that my rear left strut had come through its rusted to hell mounting bracket and is moving around in there. I have no money and will have to borrow some but would stock springs be too light to put on illuminas? or am I better off just putting my springs on a set of tokico hp's

Ya you can use the illuminas with your oem springs.

stock springs will be fine with any aftermarket shock
