Im looking to get new springs and shocks on all 4 corners. I did a search and only read that H&R have springs that give stock ride height. I am not looking to lower my car due to exhaust clearance issues from ground for where i live. So I want aftermarket stock ride height springs and shocks that will be a good match. Any and all info is helpful.

Setup is for a 91 TSI AWD

also might look into getting front and rear swaybars (atleast front) if spring/shock setup doesnt hurt the wallet too much. so suggestions on those are helpful too.

not sure they make H&R OE sports for 1G's. they typically lower about an inch. Suspension Techniques lowers about an inch also, the Eibach Pro-Kits about 1.3 inches. to be honest, a 1" or so drop on a 1g isn't that bad. there is no aftermarket spring that keeps the car at stock height, unless you get coilovers and set them so the ride height is stock. if you must remain at stock height, either get coilvers or just get new struts.
