Well guys received this in the mail today! Still a ways from using it, but jut thought that I could have a small update! Quick question! If you delete the fuel pressure solenoid, where would the vacuum line come from to attach to the FPR??? Is the vacuum line even needed???

Yes you need the vacuum line. It should be coming off the nipple on the intake manifold.

Nice you don't give up.
If you would off posted before you send your block to the machine shop, I would off give you my short block for very cheap, so you can save some money on the machine shop, It is STD, hone, deck, new frees plugs, new stock pistons and rods.
I rebuild it but got the wrong bearings and it start knocking on my first spool when tuning, the crank is junk and I think the rods as well, But the rest is new.
I found a G4cs which I am building, so no longer need the 4g63.
However, Good luck on the build, check everything twice and do your self a favor, don't cut turns.

Great! Thanks for the comment! I think I'm done buying used parts! I think from here on out I'd just prefer to buy new or get the work done myself! It's just a comfort thing.

If you're going to delete the oil squirters you should have just used the N/T block. I'd keep them though unless your going to use the ross pistons and h beam rods that are supposedly designed to be used with no oil squirters. It's really a personal choice but unless it's going to be a strictly track car I'd use them. But don't give up man. Keep the build going.. It will be worth it in the end.

|
Oh, I didn't know the N/T block was the one that was scored, I thought you just had an extra N/T block laying around that you sold. The oil squirters breaking sounds pretty unlikely to me. I haven't heard of it happening too often. As far as I know there is only one type of oil squirter found in the 6 bolt blocks. I know some people use the oil squirters from an evo 8 block because they are shorter than the DSM squirters. If you are worried about it, maybe go that route. Here's a thread on evo oil squirters install. evo 8 oil squirters install I personally wouldn't really see it as something to worry about though.
