center diff/rear axles/clutch slipping

hi, for about a week i was loving the way my talon drove, then all of a sudden the clutch felt bad and if it was slipping, the car didnt want to move much at all, i could still drive it around the street but i would hoping that nothing bad happens. Also I've been doing alot of research on the fact that my car has been RWD ever since I bought the car (not too long ago). I was thinking that somehow they converted it to RWD, but now Im realizing that they didnt convert it, and im preety sure that the center diff. is busted , but since it has been RWD ever since I bought it and at the time it was driving well, why does the clutch fel like its slipping, the transmission has already been taken off and the clutch looks fine, both front axles are also fine, now the rear ones havnt come out yet, but is it possible that one of my rear axles is bad? or could it be something worse? any help is appreciated, thanks

if it was a rear axel then the car would be front wheel drive. so if you car is driving around in rwd mode then your rear axels are ok. I would check the center diff and xfer case. mainly center diff. I have been dealing with drive train problem since i got my car it sucks i hope you get your fixed soon.
