Hey which do you guys think is a smarter and less time consuming way to go. I have a shell I'm going to be buying mainly cause it has a aftermarket suspension and a 4 bolt rear for my 90 tsi awd. Problem is that my shell isn't in the best condition but it has just about every mod under the sun done besides the engine work which isn't really a factor because I have to rebuild my engine and trans anyway.

my shell has:
fmic
brakes all around
3" exhaust
boost guages/wideband
tinted windows
17" enkie's
dsmlink
brand new rack and pinion

The new shell has:
Good body
rims/rt615 tires
4 bolt rear
performance suspension

Which way should I go???

Personaly i would rather have a clean shell all the other stuff can be swapped in very easy. I guess having all the tools and a good place to work on it is a question also. If you are going to build the engine and tranny anyways i would put it into a cleaner shell just my .02
