anyone ever broke a stock flywheel in half ...LOL

well i hit the gas and started spinning second gear and BANG i heard a loud pop and my clutch pedal dropped to the floor it wound up the flywheel broke in half cracked the front part of the bellhousing off where my roll stop bolts too and broke the ears off of my slave cyl

Funny stuff the flywheel wasnt lightened neither but anyway would a fidanza be stronger?

Well i didnt quite break mine in half more like into thirds. Slammin it in second on night the fly wheel blew whcih took out my tranny and the clutch went all at the same time.

The last turbo engine I pulled had a cracked flywheel. It had only 100k on it. I got an awd the other day and thats the first thing im going to replace.
