I had the boost turned up to 26psi. Engine was missing in upper RPM range. Stock ignition. (plug gap 0.025) I ran out of gear @ about 1000ft. Coasted through at about 1/2 throttle. The ambient temp was about 100 deg.
I think its time for a Kenne Bell boost a spark.


PS. Still running the 3 bolt rear.
This car does nothing but amaze me every time I drive it.

Yeah I had the pleasure of riding in the car on the way to the track

I think it would have went 11.4 or 11.3 based on his 1/8th mph. Maybe even faster, if he was having to shift sooner in every gear to keep the boost down.

Also it had to be atleast 95 -100 outside on the track even when it was dark, since during the days we have been hitting 102-108.

How did you run our of gear? Small tires? Stock rev limit?

Small tires and spark blow out at high RPM.

What size tires? I run a 225/50/16. If smaller, why did you go that route? For gear ratio?

215/35/18 for lower gear and to make them spin for drive train life.
