Alright, here's the deal, today at the track i did terrible, it's my first time but i had the same problems all over again:
1)i launched at 4-4500 RPM , dropped the clutch and the car would either stutter and then go or spin the tires madly.

2) My second/third gear wasn't goin in, to what RPM should i take the 1st gear so second will go in with ease???

3)At some runs it felt like i had no boost at all, do i have to warm-up the turbo?? how do i warm up tghe car for a race??

Please help me out i am so frustrated, i have a 14B at 18PSI and my best run today was of 16.7, ahhhhhhhhhh i wan't to kill the car! i mean it was like the gears didn't want to go in, the turbo didn't want to spool, man i'm so pissed.
 
Well i can tell you that launching a FWD at 4500 is going to get you nowhere. :D And no, you dont have to "warm up" a turbo.
 
you may want to try and slip it out at 3k, works good for me, also not to be an ass but i think high boost isnt always the answer. i cant find the page now because i am in class, but check out vfaq.com or dsm.org and somewhere there is little page for helping out w/setting up for drag racing and shit

any tips on how to drive this car? i mean it's not the same as other car's i've driven, any shift points recommendations?

i looked in your mods profile and you said you were running 18 PSI !!!! and you have no supporting mods really so i can almost garantee the STuddering was prolly your car hitting FUEL CUT your engine is prolly fuked up now. they only way you could run 18 Psi on the mods you have is you have some VP or JET fuel for that high of boost on your stock car i only hope you didnt melt the top of your pistons or do something even worse with a 14b i would only run 14-15 tops and i would even be logging that to see wat is going on with the engine good luck:|
 
well my car has a holley racing fuel pump, i have runned the engine like this before with no problems, i will turn it down to 16 PSI but anyways my car doesn't reach 18 PSI on first gear wich was the only gear f*cking most of my runs.
 
Dropping clutch from 4.5K + FWD = BAD

No way to drop the clutch from that high and expect it to not spin the tires like a maniac. Slip it.

What type of gas are you running? Any type of logging software? Seems like your mod list may not have it all in there. And running no boost controller, how exactly are you controlling your boost?
