I dont get to post here much but am pretty excited about the new setup on the car and finally getting the bugs mostly worked out. There is still a lot more left in it and really just need a good track to do it. We left the nitrous off till half track to just get it down the track.

Thanks for all your support.
John

Congrats, thats hauling some arse. Now if I could just get my car to go low 7's in the 1/8th I would be happy.

Just curious, what fuel do you run in the car? I have tried 110 and 114 so far, I think the 114 purple power is shitty, but maybe im imagining things.

That is nuts. Great impovemnt with the new setup. I believe Mr. Rau runs in the 182-184mph range. RWD helps you know. But good job John, and good luck with the new class and championship.

Great run John! Your car is simply amazing! Maybe i'll get to see it run next year if they decide to bring NOPI back to Texas.

Actually, Rau went 190 this past weekend unless the times are wrong on their website :thumb:

sweeeeeeet

shep will we get to see you at the norwalk shootout this year?

Violator, I am sure thats right. Nopi is always up to date. And Rau gets faster and faster as well.

Great job John, thanks for keeping us all motivated and pushing the limits. It gives us hope and know just what can be had with hard work and determination. You have inspired my friend and I to build a single digit 2G. We are just a few parts away from making an effort towards our goal.

i read about the pass this morning on my local board. When i saw your trap speed my eyes wouldnt shut for a good five minutes. That is most definately impressive. Just makes you wonder how much power the car is putting down. Keep up the good work, John. :thumb:

Congrats John :thumb: I see you got your launch down compared to the Norwalk track rental... :shhh: ;)

Wow... speechless OMG

Congrats :thumb: :thumb:

A friend of mine (Shea) was up there at Bristol talking to you and he called me and told me about it... mucho respect to you and the car, John!!

Wow, incredibly impressive run, and accomplishment.
Is the car still street legal in OH?

I only heard 3 shifts, are you finishing in 4th, starting in 2nd, maybe something else altogether?
