Can somebody help me out in locating what bolt this is?

I went to do an oil change today and I see this bolt just hanging there. It doesn't even look like it's the right size. Can somebody help me out here?

That's.... interesting.

That is not a hole that is originally tapped for a bolt. Why that thing is there, I wouldn't have the slightest clue.

Well thanks for your response I do appreciate it. I got a bigger problem. I'm getting piston slap or I spun a rod bearing. I haven't owned a DSM in over 5 years and I already want to shoot myself.

Yeah you can't tell in the picture obviously, but on the other side there is a nut on it so it just kind of dangles. Like I said in my last post though, I've got bigger problems than this bolt hehe.
