So if you were building your car and only had:

93 octane
50-50 meth
Holset turbo and wanted around 25lbs
Ecuflash and evoscan to tune
Build motor

And were using a .020 Cometic MLS headgasket.

What compression would you pick and why?

8.6:1 = .075 thick

8.8 = .070 thick

I prefer to use a thinner gasket, as there is less force that can be exerted on in.

What holset turbo? The bigger, the more pump gas freindly obviously. I see no reason at all why a properly tuned motor would have issue at 8.8 w/ meth. Stocks 8.5 of the 2gs.

My votes for 8.8:1
