Well, the car recently jumped timing. I pulled the valve cover off and found a rocker arm no longer seated. It was sitting on the bottom of the head. Then I pulled the intake cam and found that the right two journals on the timing belt side were pretty scored up (pic). I was wondering if I will need a totally new head or is this something that a machine shop could fix. Also any ideas why this could have happened?

I wouldn't think that would be repairable, more then likely when your rocker arm came off possibly knocked the cam cap lose a little and the cam itself was off balance and just ate at the head causing the scortched marks. I'd just go a head and replace it.
