Looking for Ryan DeGaten (gsxgate24)

I am trying to get a hold of Ryan Degaten, gsxgate24 . He is from Youngstown. Long story short he sold me a pcm programmer that I could not use without paying for it to be unlocked. He has been dodging all means of contact I have for him. I even tried calling his uncle. All can view the related thread on srtforums here. Does anyone know gsxgate24 - SRT Forums - SRT4, SRT6, SRT8, SRT10 & Dodge Forum

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is too late to file a claim, and paypal would have sided with him because I did receive the tool. Just not in the advertised condition.
