ARP Headstuds Sizes

89-93 uses 12mm head studs and 94-99 7 bolt uses 11mm, am I correct?
So that would mean I can put my 93 head onto a 90 6-bolt block with no modifications?

No all 7 bolts are 11mm, ARP has their years screwed up. You can, but you'll have to enlarge the holes in the head, your machine shop should have no problem doing it.
