9:1 piston, metal HD, WI system & 25 psi

Is it possible to run 6 bolt engine at 25 psi with FP Green, 9:1 Wiseco, stock big rods, Mitsubishi metal head gaskit, aquamis 1S WI (only water) using 94 octen

How much the piston compression ratio will drop by using Mitsubishi metal head gaskit

If you machine the head to cleanit out the compression will be the same.

Each engine is different and turbo is different.
On m turbo I wouldn't run 25psi on pump gas.

All you can do is log it and tune it to the limit.

I would limit myself to more like 22 psi if I were you, but you *might* be able to pull it off. It's iffy though, and it could cost you a motor.

The HG probably will not make huge difference.

I would not suggest machining the head, you do not want to mess with the factory design there.

I have mid-ported head with HKS 264/272, new lifters and valves to be added with pistons and the other parts.

Dose any one have logging for 9:1 piston sit up with 16 - 20 psi?

my buddy can only run 15-16 psi with his 50 trim and pump gas on his 9:1 motor. he doesnt have water injection though. youll have to guinea pig it.

94 octane is some bomb shilzz but I doubt that runnign a settup everyday @25 psi would be a safe thing to do as youd prolly be very close to th elimit of BAD things and even a temp increase could be the little factor in having some pretty bad detonation happen. But 18-22 is very reasonable especially with water injection. IMO, you shoud ltune the car without WI and not try to tune it to its max with it. Have it tune nicely without it then turn it on and enjoy the extra density and timing.
