HP gains on a 3" Turbo back exhaust?

Hello all,
I have an all stock 1993 TSi AWD, except for a K&N filter. I am debating a 3" Turbo back exhaust from a local shop. Downpipe, High flow cat, Muffler, and all misc. piping are included. Along with a new 2g manifold, I am curious as to what type of horse power gains I can expect with this new exhaust set up. Thanks.

at stock boost you will get more power than stock.. but at say 16psi+ WOW over stock.
