What are the differences between the two turbos? Just the Turbine wheel? or is there other differences? I would like to know this cause im am rebuilding my 14b and if the 16g turbines just set in the 14b housing im all for it. :D Thanks!!

Compressor wheel size. Plus the compressor cover needs to be machined to fit the larger 16G compressor. Also the turbine housing on most 16G's is a 7cm unit. 14B is a 6cm. You can, however, run the smaller 6cm turbine housing and just change the compressor wheel out and have the copressor cover machined to fit properly.
