Trurbo exhaust question

Ok a complete 3" Turbo exhaust system.(including catalyst)
Would it be to much for a stock T-25 garret??
Ive done some reading on this and it seems that if you free up to much youre exhaust you could get BOOST CREEP,wich is not good!
So what do think?

I got 3 inch full exhaust system with N1 muffler on my T25.
actually i can feel the Power on Top end. but a lot power lose on low end.
i am running 1.2 bar on a t25 with no fuels system modifity.
but anways i will install FMIC this weekend and i will got more turbo lag for sure . but i will change T28 soon so that snot a problem
