Will it scrape? I bought eibach sportlines and am about to put them on. Then I ran across all kinds of sportline bashing articles-> too soft, too low, not great quality. etc.... Before I put them on would I be better of saying screw it and buy prokits? I just don't want to have to do this twice. :) Thanks!

why won't someone answer. It's an easy question..... C'mon now. Before I put them on let me know.

if u dont' want em, sell em to me...it shouldn't be too low though..it'd be perfect, my N1 was super tucked away...occasionally you will scratch though..its normal. The sportline are only .3 inches lower than the Pro-kits arent' they..IT shouldn't matter. there u go.

U are my hero!!!! thanks. On they go. I appreciate it!!!!! Where was everyone else???

The sportlines are .3 to .8 inches lower (1/4" - 3/4") depending on what day you look at their stats and just how well balanced the car is. I bought Sportlines (listed as a 2-1/4 to 2-3/4 drop) and they ended up almost 3-1/2 after the car weighting them down.

I had sportlines on my 95GS-T and the car was extremely low. It was so low that when I sold it to my friend he ended up having to replace the downpipe (frontpipe) because he grounded it out a few times.

Judging by the clearance of my other buddy's GSX with an N1 and a Pro-kit I would say just be safe and get the Pro-kit.

OR you can say SCREW it AND STOP BUYING EIBACH'S!!! I'm personally getting the Progress Springs, they are lower than the Pro kits and shorter than the Sportlines. (1.5 inch) and cost $150 AND are comfertable as hell in my frriends 2g.....

I have eibach prokits and an Apexi N-1 on my 99 gst. The piping scrapes "sometimes" [the muffler never scrapes]. My friend has sportlines and Apexi Dunk [pipining is the same as the N1] on his 98 gst and he scrapes about as often as I do.
