"non turbo fuel pressure regulator, when used on a turbo 4G63 DSM it raises fuel pressure 3-5 psi." is this true?
 
It all depends on whether you have a 1G 5 speed or auto, or a 2G. they all have different fuel pressure. Expect to get anywhere from 3 to 12 psi.
