cracked exhaust manifold help

i have an auto 93 talon tsi fwd and i have a cracked exhaust manifold im pretty sure i know this because i can see the crack in the piece to the right of the turbo. im new to the dsms i and i just got the car and i would like to know what a good upgrade would be for this.. maybe a 2g eclipse one... and i know i have the 13b turbo i think so what would be a direct fit would i have to make it fit helpp

you can go with 2 different manifolds and get good results.you can go with a evo manifold or a ported 2g manifold.turbotrix had them both.

is that going to fit the lil itty bitty stock turbo too... i just got the car on the road yesterday and im pretty pissed... but if i go with the ported 2g mani.. is that going to be a direct fit to what i have now.. is that going to be bad being that thats going to be the first mod im doing.. and i got a bad case of the idle shakes and that biss screw is in there and everything should i tighten it what else could it be? i really appreciate it

if you check the sizes on the flange for the turbo ,just get the same size as the turbo and itll bolt right up.it cant hurt to just put on the manifold,unless you go bigger and cant fit it.itll just give the gasses a little better flow outta the motor

the biss has a o-ring on the end of it and it comes loose and wiggles,when it wiggles it can mess up the o-ring causing idle jumping.machv.com has the o-ring and the screw,i think its only like 115 bucks or so.and if you change it i definately suggest that you get the cap for it too,the cap keeps it in place and keeps you from loosing it and it getting loose.

A 2G exhaust manifold is a good upgrade. Only thing you'll need to do is trim the one corner of it to fit your 1G. They're $150 new at conicelli mitsubishi .

so basically i would have to go to a mitsubishi dealer and order a stock manifold? is that something i could get already ported or would i have to do that myself or pay someone.. or is it enough not ported at all... i checked the screw its in there and the thing still idles like a monster i just did the tune up and had the injectors clean also
