Upgrade 92 turbo m/t cams in my 95???

Does ANYONE know what kinda gain i would get if i took the factory cams from a 92 Tsi AWD manual trans and put them in my 95 Tsi AWD M/t??? I hear they are the best factory cams, and i can get them put in for a pretty good deal... Does anyone have any info or someone who has done this have any input??? Thanks....
