1G Tsudo AWD Catback and Megan DP Questions.

I've searched, but I'm confused as to whether some of the problems that have been described are from a 1g or 2g.

Anywho, After 2 crappy Buschur 2.5" Turbo backs ( the first being a SS with a Dynomax muffler that sounded crappy and didn't fit right, and the second being an aluminized with a Magnaflow muffler that sounded excellent but is now falling apart.), I've ordered a Tsudo N1 catback, and a Megan DP. I'm under the impression that the DP is cat-delete, so the 2 should meet. I read that some had problems with the 2 not meeting exactly right, but I think that was on a 2G?

If anyone has this setup on a 1g AWD please let me know how the install went. I just got the catback today, and once the DP comes I'm throwing it on immediately. I'm just hoping it will be a smooth install.

My megan DP was NOT a cat delete. I also have the tsudo n1. I bought a RRE 3" cat and it looks like so far everything will bolt up but haven't put it all on yet.

Are you saying you need a 3'' inch cat-back to run the megan racing 3''DP?? I just got one that was a non-cat delete.

You would want a 3" in theory. I'm not sure how the flanges come together when you join 3" to 2.5". The Tsudo is 3" and your DP is 3". My DP does not delete the cat, hence why I put the RRE 3" catalytic converter on it. Even with those 3 different brand items, it looks like it will line up ok judging by the mock up install i did.
