Alright I bought a 25g turbo used that was from hahnracecraft. The thing is to run the turbo you need a spacer in between the head and the exhaust manifold so the turbo doesnt hit the block. Is there anywhere I can get this spacer besides hahnracecraft.com because they wont ship to me at college because my college address is different than my billing address on my credit card. Basically all that i need is a flange for an exhaust manifold. Thanks guys

Have you tried to fit it on to know for sure you need to run a spacer. Because i know there's a lot of guys on here running big turbos and all they needed was to dent the waterpipe that runs along the block.

Check that out, if not i'm sure one of our fine vendors has a manny flange in their DIY section.

Well I called hahn and they said that I need the spacer or else it will hit the block not even considering the waterpipe. I thought it was crazy too but thats what they are telling me. I have an ssautocrome manifold that I just switched with a turbonetics t3 cast manifold....should I just bring it somewhere and get the flange cut off and use that? The only thing is I dont know a machine shop anywhere near hear because I goto college in the middle of no where in PA and I would think i would need it manchined flat.

i had a hahn 20g awhile back and you do need the spacer or turbo will hit the block, with the spacer it misses the block by about a 1/8th of an inch.

why dont you just ship the part to your home address, and then reship it to your college?

or why dont you call credit card company and change your billing address?

seems a lot easier and cheaper then cutting up another manifold, etc.

Or just add the address to your credit card. I had to do that with mine to get my motor in from buschurs. I had it sent to my mechanics, not my house, so it had to be added.

Looks like I got beat to it but yeah all you have to do is phone your credit card company and get them to add your college address as an additional address. I have done this with both MC & Visa for companies that will only ship to you CC billing address & I needed the parts shipped to my work.

Alright thanks guys I was worried about changing my address because its actually a debit card but whatever it was easy and it worked i guess because my order worked.
