Less Power Above 5500 RPM

I have a 16G, with an intake and bov (either 3000gt or VR-4 Gallant). My car pulls alright up until 5500 rpm's, when It just feels like it is being pulled back. I'm running 93 octane all the time. The engine works hard and everything, but after that rpm, it's not pulling. I just changed the fule filter thinking it may not have enough fuel. Everything else if fine. Any suggestion would be helpful.

If that's all the mods you have your exhaust is probably holding you back at this point. you have a bigger turbo and you are chkoing the car off.
