anyone here make there own intercooler piping? Kinda of thinking about it, only problem is the BOV. Any links and tips i could use if i do attempt this myself? Also, what size tubing for top and bottem pipes?

Thanks

I will be making custom piping for my FMIC when i get to that point...only 9 days to car pickup.

I will try and take some pictures of where I decide to run it for those that may follow suit (beware I am not afraid of hacking off pieces of the frame that I feel are extranious).

I made all my IC piping. Just order the pipe from JC Whitney and weld them up.

2.25" from turbo to IC then 2.5" from IC to the TB. I just used the mild steel piping. IF I had a TIG welder I most likely would have used the Stainless pipe. Let me see if I can did up some pics this weekend.
