here is the 411 on my 90 tsi:

when i gt back from vacation my ride was ripped off. alot of my engine parts was missing. i replaced most of them (that i know of).

new things i got was: coil pack, spark plug wires, ngk spark plugs, 450 injectors, fuel rail, 255 fuel pump, efi fuel control relay, 12v battery, all fuses.

now here is my problem, my ride cranks and trys to turn over but doesn't. i have spark to all 4 plugs. i have fuel to one injector only (#4). when i remove the spark plugs i have them soaked in fuel. i dry them up and try cranking them again. the car cranks but still it doesn't turn over. any suggestion?

please help...this is driving me crazy.

Sounds like you may have the plug wires mixed up. I would start there. Remove all the plugs and remove your fuel pump relay oon the positive batttery post or disconect the fuel pump relay that you used to intall the pump with. Crank the engine over with out the plugs and no fuel to get rid of all the accessive fuel in the cylinders then put NEW plugs in and see what happens.
With what info you posted with you have spark and fuel so there is no reson it souldnt run. I bet on the plug wires mixed up on the coil causing the it to spark at the wrong time also causing it to flood out. Sould be a easy fix no worrys

forgot to tell you not to forget to hook up your fuel pump relay when you go and start the motor.
