Sounds like your car is running in limp mode, while the tranny itself is fried. I'd say yours battled it out with heat, and heat won. Either way, your looking at a complete rebuild. Good luck.

yah im going to get it rebuilt today, i never changed the fluid because when i baught the car from the guy the tranny only had 2000 miles on it
