santa clarita,
where can i find the skyline lights and stuff for the 92 gsx. please help me give me a site of where you can get it. and if there are any other 1st gen kits besides the drift, dragon, and combat kits?

there are no other kits that I know of, and you would have to get the skyline lights from japan(not cheap), and have it all custom done at a body shop or something.

1g dsm aren't really made for style(although they do look good), so I would suggest putting the money into your engine. If you want a show car start with a different platform.

no the drift kit is awsome and my engine is done. the kits made for thes cars are awesome. so just reply if u can help me out. and what is that site that makes the lambo type doors. it was in the latest super street but my friend stole my book.

I do like the drift kit alot, and you should get one if you like them. the reason I SAID YOU SHOULD PUT THE MONEY INTO YOUR ENGINE IS BECAUSE YOUR MOD LIST SAYS STOCK.

I'll second that opinion on the ugliness of that hideous bodykit. I don't care if your car runs 9's, that kit is pure rice. Why isn't it enough to simply have a fast car?

I saw the blue eclipse with the six hood pins at the neseia week (sp??) car show and in my opinion I like how the Drift Kit looks on 1g's but it has to be done right. That blue eclipse had skyline tailights but they wernt molded on very well it just seemed like nothing fit right on the whole car but if someone takes the time and has the patience it will be a good looking car.

why do people think you can just "buy" a headlight conversion?? they don't sell kit's in this kind of thing. you're gonna need actual skyline lights and then have them CUSTOM mounted, and the front end and most likely the hood of the car are going to have to be modded so these new things fit. you're looking at ALOT of money and time. if you want an exact quote...take a drive dow to your local custom's shop, i'm sure you'll be surprised.

you're right, I have never seen a car with a kit like that and the lights, and i hope i never do. i have better things to spend money on than making headlights from another car fit and putting a snowplow on the front. i'll admit that i'm not a fan of body kits, but i've seen a few that have been tastefully done. as far as that pic, that opening would actually fit nicely around a FMIC......

you should spend your time reading your school books and listening in class, instead of reading ricer magazines. i could hardly understand your post.
okay, i'll admit, you're right on the whole 14 second thing (about it hardly "braking" 14 sec.) but I really don't care. as far as my car being a "peace" of crap, everyone who has seen my car will beg to differ....... and as you might guess, it still has all the stock body parts on it tooOMG

I have a 91 talon and i love it, but it is a car that is to go fast and not look good period! BUY A 2G AND PUT A BODY KIT AND STICKERS ON IT IF YOU WHAT THAT

just my .02

90-91 talons dont need anything they are tight stock =)

i have to agree. 1g's can be some pretty fast lil cars...but, imo, the 2g's take the cake in the looks department

yeah, if you are going more for the custom looks dept. and not toward speed, i'd sell you gsx and get a 2G GS. for the money you could get for your GSX you could probably buy a GS and have money left for a kit.

but maybe i'm jaded cause i want AWD and somebody who doesn't care about performance has one.

LOL:rolleyes: there are alot of mammas drivin auto gs-x's around here... I think 90-91 look better with kits comparedto 92+. The 90-92 look is really nice, but doesn't have perfect lines in it and can accent a kit a little better. I cant ever see myself getting a kit, cause in truth I really dont like them. But to chrisgsx, I have seen a 91 with those lamborghini side skirts n' stuff and it really didn't look so bad. He had some other kind of kit as well, but the sides looked better than I though tthey would.:dsm:

I didnt even finish readin the rest of this thread. Why you people call something that might look cool to some one else rice? Dont diss on people for liking something. And quit saying #@%#@%#@%#@% like RICE. Who cares, its their car and they can do what they want. damnit
